Things That go Bump in the Night

This comic shows two characters both named “Bump” that are afraid of things that go bump during the day. One of the “Bumps” suggest they can scare the day-monsters away by making lots of noise in the middle of the night.
Bump Presents Research

This is the second comic about the characters I created for the comic, “Things That go Bump in the Night.” This time Professor Bump describes research data but mistakenly converted the values to binary making the plot of little value.
User Manual

User manuals, when they are included, are among the most ignored things in the world. This comic is about that fact. It posits that had Germany spread their top secret messages in user manuals rather than using radio transmissions of messages encoded by the Enigma machine they probably would never have been found by the Allies.
Taco Tuesday

This comic suggests that Taco Tuesday should be expanded to every day. After all, who doesn't love tacos? Inkscape has an interpolation tool but it did not do well to morph the entire thing. So instead I separately interpolated each letter, just having Inkscape morph "UES" to "O".
Blocks To Slippers

If you have ever been to a house with young kids and popular plastic building blocks you know just how much they hurt when you step on them. This comic speculates on the real impetus for selling the blocks.
Timeline Astronomy

A comic having fun with the fact that our ancestors described the night sky in terms of gods and magic, then mathematics with the contributions of Galileo, Newton, and others, and then back to magic with the works of Einstein, Hubble, and Hawking.
Unified Field Party

Unified Field Theory is the idea that all of the fundamental forces are related and can be described with the same set of equations. Electromagnetism, the Weak Nuclear force, and the Strong Nuclear force have all been described in this way. Gravity, however, has so far resisted all unifying attempts. This comic has fun with that fact.
Vultures

This comic is a play on why everything seems to taste like chicken. In in one of the vultures wonders if they taste like chicken as well.
Tree of Knowledge 2022

The fabled Tree of Knowledge from Genesis bore a fruit Adam and Eve were forbidden from eating. This comic replaces the fruit with unpopular things from our modern world, including lawyers, politicians, charging adapters, software updates, and the like.
Early Bird

The early bird gets the worm is a common saying about hard work. This comic has fun with that.
